We are a dedicated to uplifting foster children and their families, in Sacramento County, by providing free support services which foster hope, inspire joy, and build stronger foundations for lasting prevention and brighter futures. We believe that prevention is key — and that when children and families are supported early, communities grow stronger. Through compassionate care, meaningful connection, and practical resources, we help ensure that every child feels valued, encouraged, and empowered to thrive.
