Our mission is to provide grants and mentorship to support emerging female leaders in agriculture, food, beverage, hospitality, and related fields across the communities represented by our membership. We believe it is especially critical to support women and gender equity here in Sacramento, America's farm-to-fork capital. LDEI Sacramento is part of Les Dames d'Escoffier International, the preeminent global professional association for women leaders in the food, beverage, and hospitality industries. Through our grant program, we support nonprofit, community-based organizations that empower and educate women in culinary arts, agriculture, nutrition, food science, hospitality, and beverage professions.
We give our time, money, professional expertise, and other resources to inspire, support, and advance our members as well as women in our communities working in agriculture, food, beverage, hospitality, and related fields.
We seek to raise money to support emerging women leaders in the food, beverage, and hospitality industries through our grant, scholarship, and mentoring programs.
