Nearly 1 billion people around the world live with disabilities. Our community has a higher percentage (12.8%) of people with disabilities than other parts of California (10.6%). Many of these individuals and their families live in poverty, pain, and despair. We want to change this. Joni and Friends is committed to bringing the Gospel and practical resources to people impacted by disability here in our community and around the globe.

Your donation makes it possible to serve and support families in our community impacted by disability with programs like Family Retreat, a haven for families living with disability providing respite, worship, indoor and outdoor activities, and more, all while building lasting memories and friendships with others who understand life with disability.

We connect families, energize the church, and move people from lack of awareness to embracing people of all abilities into the fabric of worship, fellowship, and outreach, believing that the body of Christ is incomplete until our churches our inclusive of individuals experiencing disability and their families.
