Interns 2 Pros, Inc. is a 501(c)3 nonprofit organization that cares deeply about the future workforce.  Our mission is to connect, inspire, and fully equip diverse college and high-school students for careers.  Cultivating habitual workforce & workplace readiness at every touchpoint for the next generation is our core focus. In addition, enriching the historically excluded and often forgotten is our heartbeat as well.  This is done through the following:

Our mission is to connect, inspire, and fully equip diverse college and high-school students for careers. Cultivating habitual workforce & workplace readiness at every touchpoint for the next generation is our core focus. In addition, enriching the historically excluded and often forgotten is our heartbeat as well.

Needs

As we enter our 6th year of impacting the Greater Sacramento Region, this is undoubtedly the most vital year yet. Due to the after-effects of the pandemic, Generation Z students in both high school and college are more underprepared for the workforce than ever before. As a result, we are hyper-focused on scaling impact here in the region with two initiatives that will be both innovative and robust with Career PossibleU Sacramento being our biggest. In addition to the first-ever Sacramento Regional Youth Career Fest, we are preparing parents to better impact their children as well via our custom events & resources. Our biggest need is financial support to fuel this initiative that we hope will impact 10,000 students in the Sacramento Region this year. In addition, we are going deeper in our service of the historically excluded and often forgotten groups. Whether the youth are unhoused, in foster care, or survivors of human trafficking, we are rolling out programs to assist them in their career readiness & impact journey as well.
