Interfaith Rotating Winter Shelter of Davis (dba HEART of Davis),  is proud to offer our community the Bridge program which provides rapid rehousing and case management services to our neighbors who chronically experience homelessness. Bridge serves 40 people currently who live within Davis neighborhoods in local apartments. The program lasts for up to a year for each participant. In this time clients receive stabilization and counseling services and connection to eligible income to assist them in finding permanent housing. More than 20 participants have graduated from the Bridge program and now are stable in permanent housing. Donations enable us to provide case management, mental health services, and supports housing for our clients. Thank you for your philanthropy and considering HEART of Davis.
