Housing Trust Placer, Inc. (“HTP”) helps make housing dreams a reality. Established in 2020, HTP is a non-profit organization created to help meet the affordable housing needs for the Placer County community. The HTP board of directors is made up of a dynamic group of professionals with diverse backgrounds in affordable housing, banking, real estate development, and fundraising. HTP was created to bridge public and private resources to offer low-income families safe and stable places to live.

We are hopeful of raising $20,000 for our Loan Fund. This will enable us to place small amounts of patient capital into impactful projects and attract public and private funds.
