Hold Ur Weight Foundation (HUWF) strives to improve and extend quality of life. Our purpose is to provide and facilitate a healthy living and exercise program for children suffering from obesity and its repercussions.
Our mission is to educate children and their parents about the benefits of making healthier choices with nutrition and establishing a daily exercise routine which will have a significant impact on quality of life.
Our program, “Eating Healthy and Exercise Are A Team”, consists of three sections:

Why Childhood Obesity?
Children are just beginning their life journey and introducing the benefits of "Eating Healthy and Exercise Are A Team" can have a significant impact on their quality of life in the future. Studies show that children mimic their parents and are more at risk of becoming overweight/obese as adults, so let's make changes early. After attending our program, children will have the knowledge to suggest and select healthier food choices and an exercise routine that can be put in place immediately.
HURWF believes every child deserves to live a healthy life.

HURWF is seeking funding to acquire the materials and tools for the program. All materials and tools acquired will be used by the participants to achieve their individual goals.
We are passionate in our belief that a healthy eating and daily exercise program will diminish the number of individuals suffering from obesity and its repercussions. The benefits will alleviate some of the financial burden of medical costs, and improve and extend a healthier quality of life.
