Friends of Felines Rescue is an all-volunteer, donation and foster-based 501(c)(3) dedicated to humanely reducing the feral/community cat over-population crisis in Sacramento County through spay/neuter/adopt and Trap-Neuter-Vaccinate-Return (TNVR). With the help of donations, grants, fosters, and our partnerships with Petco, Bissell Pet Foundation, and other local rescues, young kittens and friendly strays are rescued from the streets, spayed/neutered, then are available for adoption through our website, PetFinder, Adopt-a-Pet, and our weekly Petco adoption events or placed into barn homes.
Our lifesaving efforts in 2025 continue, and with your support, we can do even BIGGER things!
Pairing people and cats together is just one reason we're here. We also help seniors in need, provide for street cats in our community, give kittens a chance to survive and thrive, while also giving back to the community.
