The Franklin Neighborhood Development Corporation (FNDC) is located in Sacramento's Hispanic/Latino business corridor and neighborhood. The District has historically been a port of entry that attracted immigrants from Mexico, Central and South America, Southeast Asia, and Eastern Europe. We continue our mission of investing in and improving the physical and social infrastructure for our District’s residents, businesses and property owners. 

With a history of disinvestment, donating to FNDC provides positive benefits which impact the Franklin Boulevard District. With the Franklin Boulevard Complete Street project commencing in July of 2024, donating to FNDC will continue our ability to provide such events as National Night Out, Carruchas y Cafe, Franklin Markets, the Franklin Boulevard Mural Program, and Emprende Sacramento.

Mission

The Franklin Neighborhood Development Corporation (FNDC) was created to provide resources and programming for the immigrant and Spanish speaking entrepreneurs in our community. It is our continued mission to bring as many programs and projects to our District as our funding allows.

Carruchas y Cafe- Monthly Car Meetups that help activate the Boulevard businesses

Franklin Markets- Community events with local businesses and low cost Vendor fees
