We are a Sacramento based non-profit organization, formerly known as The Glass Slipper since 1997. We provide mentoring support and holistic programs for youth, with priority given to those who have experienced foster-care. We have seen the profound effect of relational support firsthand, therefore mentoring remains at the core of our mission facilitated by trauma-informed mentors and coaches within our supportive community network of women. Through this collective effort, we aim to inspire, empower, and equip young women and girls for lifelong success.
Our holistic approach spans from first grade through college, encompassing group mentoring and service learning. Our programs encourage entrepreneurship as well as work & life skills training through hands-on opportunities, including customer service through a retail boutique, and an introduction to the hospitality industry through our on-site professional kitchen.

The Organization remains fully volunteer operated; therefore, all contributions directly benefit program participants. Additionally, we are currently seeking support to rebuild our website.
