Since 2020, Cyber Proud has bridged the gap between traditional education and the demands of today’s job market. Now, we are leading with AI literacy and career services, ensuring that every person — whether working, retired, or exploring new opportunities — can access affordable, practical training.
Through live workshops and stackable micro-credentials, learners gain hands-on experience using AI tools like ChatGPT for productivity, communication, and innovation. Each course builds confidence step by step, from fundamentals to advanced applications, and is paired with wraparound career services — coaching, resume and interview prep, and employer connections.
Our approach is rooted in equity and inclusion. We focus on serving diverse communities, underserved youth, career changers, and individuals at risk of job loss due to automation. By offering training that is accessible, relevant, and affordable, we open doors to opportunity for those too often left behind.
In addition to direct training, Cyber Proud provides consulting services through The Bridge Consulting Group, helping businesses and organizations adopt AI responsibly and upskill their teams for the future of work.

Yet most individuals — especially those outside of schools or large organizations — have little access to practical, non-technical AI training. At the same time, traditional career services often stop at exploration rather than supporting the transition to employment. This leaves career changers and adults at risk of job loss without the skills and support to adapt.
