What we do in 3 minutes.

Start small. DREAM BIG. Become Unstoppable.

We don’t just teach women how to start a business — we coach and train them to rebuild meaningful lives.

Rebuild & Rise blends personal development, mindset work, and real business training so women can grow from the inside out. Before we talk budgets or business plans, we help women shift limiting beliefs, build confidence, understand money and reconnect with their strengths.

It’s All About Building Community

At Connect 2 Change, we understand the importance of community. It provides women with the sense of belonging, support and purpose. We bring women survivors together to Rebuild and Rise through entrepreneurship, and what’s created goes far beyond business connections. This is a space rooted in sisterhood, trust, and camaraderie—where women are seen, connected, and walk alongside one another as they build new lives.

Mission

Connect 2 Change advances economic mobility for women survivors of sex trafficking through entrepreneurial training, coaching, and business development assistance in Sacramento.

Equity Statement

At Connect 2 Change, we are committed to serving all women impacted by sex trafficking, embracing diversity and fostering inclusivity regardless of age, disability, sexual orientation, gender reassignment, race, ethnicity, or religion. We believe every woman deserves compassionate support and the opportunity to reclaim her life without fear of discrimination. Our mission is to provide a safe, empowering environment where survivors can heal, grow, and connect to lasting change, breaking down barriers to equity and ensuring dignity, hope, and opportunity for all.
