$1,080 Raised
Cats About Town Society (C.A.T.S.) incorporated on March 19, 1998, with a mission to rescue, protect, and support cats in need in the Sacramento area and to help reduce the suffering that is caused by overpopulation. Each year, we rescue and find permanent homes for over 500 cats and dogs in the greater Sacramento area.
The mission of the Cats About Town Society (C.A.T.S.) is to stop the suffering of homeless and abandoned cats, kittens, dogs, and puppies; to adhere to a no-kill policy; and to continually work towards a community where every cat and dog has a safe and loving home.
We need consistent funding for medical care and prescriptions for our animals.
We need volunteers in the following areas: Foster families, cage cleaners, and Adoption Center helpers.
Cat and dog food and cat litter.
Funds that can be used for things such as transportation, office supplies, advertising for services, etc.
We are open to Board Members who can help with fundraising.
Cats About Town Society assists people with animals in need regardless of the person's age, ancestry, disability, national or ethnic origin, race, religious belief, sex, sexual orientation, gender identity, marital or veteran status.
This policy also applies to all areas of volunteer participation, including recruitment, training and development, promotion, transfer, termination, social and recreational programs.
