Giving Activity

Mission

Our mission is to provide quality, comprehensive, culturally responsive mental healthcare to women, men, youth, and families in the greater Sacramento region. Our offices are located in Midtown Sacramento on T and 29th Streets. Our focus is in providing care through workshops and trainings focusing on stress-related disorders and auto-immune diseases that affect black women significantly.

Needs

We are in need monetary donations which will go toward providing mental health support, training, and workshops to women facing auto-immune diseases and stress-related disorders.

We are also in need of volunteers to assist with outreach, administrative support, and clinical internships. We have a growing clinical internship program and have developed partnerships with the local colleges and universities to increase the number of Black/African American clinicians in the field.
