ACCESS Dance is a nonprofit 501(c)(3) adaptive dance program dedicated to empowering children and adults with disabilities through movement, creativity, and community. Designed for individuals who may need specialized attention to fully experience the joy and benefits of dance, Access provides a safe, inclusive space where every participant is supported, celebrated, and seen.
ACCESS is one of the largest and longest-running adaptive dance programs in the country. It is led by a former professional dancer with a background in developmental psychology and behavioral therapy. The program is thoughtfully designed to support whole-person development, helping participants improve attention span, emotional regulation, social skills, mind-body connection, coordination, and self-confidence.
ACCESS Dance offers instruction in a wide range of styles, including hip hop, jazz, contemporary, ballet, meditation, and conditioning. Classes are available in both group and one-to-one formats to meet the unique needs of each dancer. Every participant is given the opportunity to perform on stage and take part in community events, fostering visibility, self-expression, and meaningful inclusion.
Through dance, ACCESS opens doors to connection, confidence, and possibility. Help us make space for every voice, every body and every kind of brilliance.
