Mission

Since its founding in 1990, Crime Victims United's mission has been to support and strengthen public safety, promote balance in the criminal justice system and protect the rights of victims.

Needs

We are in need of donations to assist in our many programs (Victim support, parole hearing assistance, teddy bear/care packages for our youngest victims, victim rights legislation, and our victim scholarship fund). Financial assistance as well as in-kind donations will be appreciated.

Unrestricted funds allow us to pay for important everyday things, sometimes not covered by grant funds, that help to keep our agency doors open. Unrestricted funds help send our staff to victim outreach events, law enforcement conventions and training to learn up to date information on crime types and new ways crimes are perpetrated.

In-Kind donations of materials for victims are greatly appreciated. Donations of all kinds are welcomed.

Volunteers are needed to help in many areas of our organization. We are in need of help with our fundraising events (setting up, break down, manning booths, checking guests in, phones etc.) Volunteers will go through an interview process and training for our specific events and office needs.
