Walking through the Club’s doors opens a million more

The Boys & Girls Clubs of Greater Sacramento has been a leading provider of youth development programs and services to underserved youth for 28 years. When Club kids and teens walk through our doors, they enter an environment of stability, consistency, and physical and emotional safety. Our Clubs are located in neighborhoods where the greatest need exists, and our responsive programs are designed to be fun and engaging while helping members build skills and confidence for a successful future. In 2024, we will serve over 6,000 youth at 12 Club sites across the Greater Sacramento Region and beyond.

Through all of our Club programs and services, we are focusing on mitigating learning loss and strengthening the social emotional health and well-being of our youth. Everything we do is aimed at helping kids and teens build their resiliency to take on the challenges they face today and overcome the ones they may face tomorrow.

The Club provides a strong foundation for our budding young leaders, and their Club experience impacts them profoundly. Time and time again, we'll hear Club Alumni say, "The Club changed my life." This is the power of our collective impact, and it's why what we do is so important.

And this impact is only possible with the support of donors like you.

Equity Statement

At the Boys & Girls Clubs of Greater Sacramento, we stand against racism, discrimination, and inequity. The principle of equity embodies the values, policies, and practices that ensure that all people—including, but not limited to, those who have been historically marginalized, underserved and underrepresented based on race/ethnicity, age, disability, sexual orientation, gender, gender identity, gender expression, socioeconomic status, geography, citizenship status or religion—are represented in the development and implementation of youth programs; the fair financial and supervisory support of staff; and the leadership of the organization. We believe that all young people should be afforded the guarantee of fair treatment, access, and opportunity. Our mission compels us to support youth in reaching their full potential.
