The Multicultural Sistaz Club: Growing Strong Girls into Confident Leaders

The Multicultural Sistaz Club (MSC), a program of The Stanley Girls Learning Health Center for Children (SGLHCC), is a safe and empowering space where young girls are nurtured, supported, and encouraged to grow into confident leaders.

MSC brings together girls from diverse backgrounds and creates a sisterhood rooted in respect, unity, and self-worth. Through monthly meetings, mentorship, and meaningful activities, girls are guided during critical years of their development.

At the heart of MSC is mentorship. Girls in grades 4 through 8 are paired with high school mentors who serve as role models and big sisters. These relationships build trust, encouragement, and leadership—impacting both the younger girls and the mentors themselves.

The program focuses on the whole child—supporting emotional wellness, building confidence, and promoting healthy choices. Through open discussions and creative expression, girls learn to value who they are, overcome challenges, and believe in their future.

MSC is more than a program—it is a community where girls are seen, heard, and uplifted. It is where confidence grows, friendships form, and leadership begins.
