My name is Gertrude Tiangco‑Alba, and I am honored to serve as a board member for CASA of Placer, Yuba, and Sutter. Through my work with CASA, I have seen firsthand how powerful it is when a child knows someone is truly in their corner.

Your support helps CASA recruit, train, and empower dedicated volunteers who serve as Court Appointed Special Advocates—providing children with a consistent, caring voice during some of the most vulnerable moments of their lives.
