Description
St. John's Retirement Village is a non-profit, multi-level, wellness-focused community located in Woodland, CA built to enhance quality of life for every senior that calls its lushly landscaped 14-acre campus home. We have three levels of assisted living care, active assisted living, personal care, and memory support:
- The Village - Entry level cottages and apartments for independent seniors with minimal care needs who no longer want to cook their meals or take care of the yard and want to live where friendship prospers.
- Personal Care Unit - 32 mid-level apartments for semi-independent seniors who need partial assistance with daily tasks.
- Memory Care Manors-Dorothy Tollefsen Manor East/Dorothy Gray Watts Manor West - 32 high-level care studios for residents requiring memory care (Alzheimer's and Dementia).

Professional nursing care continues to offer Medi-Cal, Medi-Care and HMO managed care for the elderly as well as private pay.
Description
Awarded 5 stars, the 48-bed skilled nursing facility provides long term care and rehabilitative services. Stollwood Convalescent Hospital offers around the clock comprehensive medical care; patients may be recuperating from surgery, in need of rehabilitation or suffering from terminal illness. Medical care is provided by CNA's and licensed nurses. Dr. Yee, our medical director, is available for onsite visits. In addition, the facility offers exceptional rehabilitation on-site, speech therapy, physical therapy, occupational therapy and social services. The hospital has capacity for 48 patients at a time and employs 14 licensed nurses and 32 CNAs, with a patient to CNA ratio of 6 to 1 during the day and 10 to 1 in the evening. Long-term acute care is designed to provide care to medically complex patients who require critical care for an extended period of time. Stollwood Hospital provides a comprehensive continuum of health for multiple disorders.

Resident surveys indicate that residents are happy. State surveys indicate that we are doing our best to care for the residents. Residents are able to rehabilitate and then return home.
