Description
Sponsorship:
There are a variety of sponsorship levels and categories to meet your budget and support your community in alignment with your business' goals, values and mission.
Two categories: Recreational Facilities and Youth Development
Four Levels: Bronze, Silver, Gold, Platinum

In-Kind Donations/Partnership:
Donations can be in the form of equipment, services, supplies, gifts, gift cards and other items donated to our District. We can always use new items to either start up a program or replace old equipment that we are currently using. A list of some ideas is below. This list in not all encompassing.
• Sports balls: Football/Basketball/Baseball/Softball/Soccer/Volleyball/Tennis/Golf
• Flags, flag football belts, other sports equipment
• Baseball gloves (small)
• Cones and/or other road/field markers
• Arts and craft supplies

COVID-19 Information: We are committed to continuing our services, even if not in-person or at full capacity. With the ever-evolving situation that is COVID-19, we have decided to focus on sponsorship opportunities that will provide our future recreational programming and community events with the best spaces possible. We have temporarily suspended most recreational programming and events, in order to comply with the Sacramento County Public Health Order. However, with your help, we will provide virtual opportunities when available and continue to improve our existing facilities.

Recreational Facility Sponsorship Opportunities
1. Cordova Community Pool & Aquatics
A. Cordova Community Pool - General
About: CRPD is in the process of rebuilding the Cordova Community Pool Complex, which has been out of operation for over six years. Aquatic programs are currently held at the Lincoln Village Community (LVC) Pool and we partner with Rosemont High School, so our swim teams have a consistent practice space. With your help, we can provide a summer home base for our community and serve the hundreds of participants on our swim teams and their families, over 7,000 annual community members who currently use our smaller LVC Pool during public hours in the hot summer, over 1,000 swim lesson participants and hundreds of program participants including senior water aerobics and lifeguard/CPR training/certification.

B. Cabanas
What we need: $150,000 Estimated Annual Impressions: 75,000+

C. Amenities (shade structure, bleachers, lighting, etc.)
What we need: $150,000 Estimated Annual Impressions: 50,000+
What you receive:
o All sponsor level benefits (dependent on percentage of contribution)

D. Scoreboard
What we need: $50,000 Estimated Annual Impressions: 125,000+
What you receive:

E. Splash/Spray Parks
Looking to: add more picnic tables and shade structure to White Rock Splash Park
What we need: $15,000-25,000 Expected Annual Impressions: 20,000+
What you receive:

2. Mather Sports Center
A. General Center/Complex Refurbishment - Sponsor
What we need: $250,000 Expected Annual Impressions: 100,000+
What you receive:
o All sponsor level benefits (dependent on percentage of contribution)

o Discounted employee membership for all employees of your organization

For all Sports Program Sponsorships: Focused opportunities available
o Youth Classes: USTA H.I.T.S. Tennis, Pee Wee Sports, sports camps
 Specific Annual Impact: Approximately 500-1,000 local youth
o Youth Leagues: Flag football, basketball, hockey, volleyball
 Specific Annual Impact: Approximately 300-500 local youth

3. Cordova Golf Course
A. Cordova Golf Course Refurbishment - Sponsor
What we need: $350,000-500,000 Estimated Annual Impressions: 150,000+
What you receive:
o All sponsor level benefits (dependent on percentage of contribution)
o Platinum Level Only
o Naming association: Cordova Golf Course - Sponsored by *your company name here*
o Logo included on CGC's employees' uniform

B. Driving Range Sponsor
What we need: $50,000-100,000 Estimated Annual Impressions: 100,000
*Your funding will go towards shade structures, seating, music enhancements, upgraded lighting, misters/fans
and new equipment

C. Tee Sponsor
What we need: $500 Expected Annual Impressions: 50,000+
What you receive:
o Have your company logo imprinted on a specific tee flag or tee sign
o Available bronze sponsor level benefits

4. Hagan Community Barn
a. Barn Facility - Sponsor
What we need: $10,000 Expected Annual Impact: 50+ animals
Estimated Annual Impressions: 10,000 visitors
What you receive:
o All sponsor level benefits (dependent on percentage of contribution)
*Looking to build a new chicken coop, a goat stall in the chicken yard, storage and a shelter for
goats

B. Barn Partner
In-Kind Donation suggestions: Fresh produce (grocery store gift cards), toys for Cupcake the donkey and storage shed.

Youth Development Sponsorships

Cordova Childcare
1. School Break Childcare (Spring, Summer and Winter) - Sponsor
What we need: $10,000-15,000 Expected Annual Impact: 600+ campers
What you receive:
o All sponsor level benefits
 Platinum Only -
• Company logo placement on signage at home base(s) of childcare program
• Logo placement on camper shirts

2. Childcare Partner
In-Kind Donation suggestions: New sports equipment (ex. basketball/soccer/whiffle/softballs/kickballs/bats/ flag football belts, etc.) parachutes, tug-of-war ropes, potato sacks, pony beads, cones, craft supplies, paint, butcher paper.

Program Successes
The Cordova Recreation and Parks Foundation uses this Sponsorship program to solicit donations and business partners to support the list of needs that meet their Mission, Vision and Values. The Foundation has supported the recreation programs offered through the fee assistance programs.
Description
The Cordova Recreation and Parks Foundation funds scholarships for residents of all ages in the Cordova Recreation and Park District (CRPD). This funding allows eligible applicants to participate in recreation programs offered by the Cordova Recreation and Park District. The funds can be applied to participate in summer camp, swim lessons, senior activities, sports activities, teen programs, preschool or any leisure activity offered by CRPD.

Program Successes
The fee assistance program that is supported by the Cordova Recreation and Parks Foundation has funded approximately $3000 annually since 2016. This program has allowed residents of all ages participate in recreation and social programs that may have been a financial barrier. Many families have been the recipient of the funding assistance and appreciate the assistance to engage in healthy, social and fun activities.
Description
Cordova Recreation and Parks Foundation 's PURPOSE
A. This corporation is a nonprofit PUBLIC BENEFIT CORPORATION and is not organized for the private gain of any person. It is organized under the Nonprofit Public Benefit Corporation Law for public and charitable purposes.
B. The general purpose of this corporation is to:
1. Promote and support recreation activities, park improvements, facility use, and cultural well-being of the community within the boundaries of the Cordova Recreation & Park District.
2. Have and exercise all rights and powers conferred on nonprofit corporations under the laws of California, including the power to contract, rent, buy, or sell personal or real property; provided, however, that this corporation shall not, except to an insubstantial degree, engage in activities or exercise any powers that are not in furtherance of the specific purpose(s) of this corporation.

- The specific purposes of this corporation shall be:
1. To promote, generate support and sponsor recreational programs and facilities or park improvement projects for the benefit of Cordova Recreation & Park District residents.
2. To support community involvement for the implementation of the Recreation & Park District's master plan.
3. To increase awareness within the community of the service that Cordova Recreation & Park District offers its users.
4. To provide residents with the opportunity for social interaction to further the mission and increase the identity of the Cordova Recreation & Park District.

Program Successes
The Cordova Recreation and Parks Foundation has been successful in fundraising for residents to participate in recreation opportunities offered by the Cordova Recreation and Park District. The fee assistance program is the program that is used to give back to the community. The Foundation is also fundraising to purchase additional amenities for the new Aquatics Center at Hagan Community Park. Those amenities include; a score board for swim competitions , shade structures, cabanas, patio furniture. The Foundation is soliciting Sponsors to assist in purchasing these items. The Foundation also raises funds for special projects that enhances visitor experiences or brings a new amenity to existing parks.
