Description
Founded in in 1984. The purpose of ADC is to provide: Opportunities for clients to make their own choices and decisions related to everyday life; Opportunities for clients to participate in and contribute to community life through interacting with the community, volunteering, and working. ADC can provide a variety of service options designed from the client's perspective as expressed in his/her person-centered planning process. The specific direction of training emphasizes self-advocacy, community integration, personal growth, and employment. Acquisition of the skills in these areas make it possible for clients to optimize their individual potential for full community inclusion. ADC provides sustained support and direction to develop clients' abilities to access their community. Utilization of non-aversive behavior intervention can assist clients to overcome obstacles that had previously limited community involvement.

Founded in 1976, ASC provides opportunities for consumers to make their own choices and decisions regarding their everyday life, provide opportunities for the consumer to participate in and contribute to community life through community association, volunteer activities and work. ASC provides a variety of service options designed from the consumer's perspective as expressed in the Person-Centered Planning process (PCP). Specific directions of training are in the areas of self-advocacy, community integration, language and communication skills, personal growth and employment exploration. Support and training is provided to meet goals and objectives that are documented in each consumer's Individual Service Plan (ISP). Goals and objectives are formulated with input from the consumer and their families to assist consumers in fulfilling their hopes, dreams and personal goals. The service training components of ASC are based on the goals and objectives chosen by each consumer. ASC provides training to consumers in the acquisition, generalization, and maintenance of the skills they chose to pursue for their preferred goals.

Program Successes
This past year ASC provided 86,400 client hours of service and received one of the first City of Stockton Art's Commission Endowment Grants to complete two ceramic murals that were hung on buildings located on the California State Stanislaus University Park campus. ASC clients also contributed to the community by volunteering for Meals -On-Wheels delivering meals to senior citizens. ASC also collaborated with Stockton Unified School for Adults, the Stockton Civic Theatre, other agencies serving the developmentally disabled, and the community-at-large to produce their annual music theatre production, which played to sold-out audiences at the Stockton Civic Theatre.

Founded in 1979, SCN offers classes and experiences in Fine Arts, Computer Skills, Community Access, as well as related supportive services to meet the individual needs of our consumers. We encourage our consumers to make their own choices and decisions regarding their everyday lives. This helps our consumers to become an integral part of developing curriculum here at SCN. SCN also provides a variety of service options that offer opportunities for learning at different levels of ability. Specialized services are available in the areas of self-determination, community access, personal growth, training in the visual and performance arts. Support, guidance and training are provided to meet the goals and objectives that are documented in Individual Service Plans. Goals, objectives and instructional strategies are formulated with active participation from the consumer, their families and residential service providers to assist consumers in fulfilling their personal goals.

Description
Founded in 2001, E+ provides support and community-based training in the areas of employment, community integration, and personal growth. Support and training is provided to each person to assist in meeting goals and objectives, which are documented in each consumer's Individual Service Plan (ISP).
