Management Structure

The Cache Creek Conservancy is a 503(c) public benefit non-profit organization. As such, the organization has a 15-member Board of Directors from various stakeholder groups interested in protecting, preserving, and enhancing the natural resources of the Cache Creek and its watershed in Yolo County. The Board of Directors set the policies for the organization, develops a Strategic Plan, and provides fiscal oversight. The Board of Directors also hires the Executive Director to carry out their direction for the organization. Some Board members are recruited from the community, and four are appointed by their respective employers.
