Management Structure

The structures centers on a volunteer Board:
It is a small Foundation. As Executive and Artistic Director, Bibbs manages all programs and artists and supervises the assistant. Sharleen Cohen tries to connect the Foundation with national resources. Directors Iona Morris and Robert Sims are charged with developing new online programs, especially for fundraising. Director Lou Ziskind is charged with secretarial reports and Board meetings and grant writing/development. Director Linda S Goodrich is the Treasurer, and Bibbs is the assistant. The Foundation assistant helps with any volunteers and in executing the projects of the Executive Director. Two members of the Board or appointed member of an advisory committee in the discipline of the applicant must approve every application for a grant or fiscal sponsorship. Recipients of a grant or sponsorship must file a brief progress report each year by March 31.
