Management Structure


Neighborhood Wellness Foundation executive leadership is all volunteer.

Dr. Gina Warren earned her doctorate degree in Clinical Pharmacy from the University of California, San Francisco (UCSF) in 1996. Over the past two decades, Dr. Warren worked in corporate pharmacy benefits management for contract negotiations, medical group program management and development, direct patient care through Sacramento County's Pharmacy and Clinic. In 2015, Dr. Warren co-founded Neighborhood Wellness Foundation (NWF) with Marilyn Woods.

Marilyn Woods is the former CEO of the Institute for Fiduciary Education, a fiduciary education company for large institutional investors. She served as Chief Deputy of the California State Teachers Retirement System, Deputy Cabinet Secretary for the State of California State and Consumer Services Agency, Consultant to the State Assembly Ways and Means Committee and an Analyst at the State Department of Finance.
