The Bike Campaign is a volunteer-run, nonprofit serving Yolo County. We provide community education, resources, and services centered on propelling our mission forward: "BIKE MORE. DRIVE LESS."

Founded in 2011, we are entering our 12th year of service and embracing our organization's potential. We collaborate with local partners including governments, county health departments, school districts, and community service groups. Many of our services are provided at no-cost for residents and partners to support a thriving, bike-friendly community. Looking ahead, we are planning exciting initiatives that your contribution would support!

Equity Statement

The Bike Campaign prioritizes equity and inclusion throughout our services and programs. We welcome and serve thousands of community members from diverse backgrounds, ethnicities, religions, genders, national origins, incomes, and health conditions.

Our team sees biking as a tool to equalize transportation in our communities while reducing the status of car-driven privilege and the stigma of bike riding. The Bike Campaign has provided education to children at the elementary school level, thus diminishing barriers for families that did not grow up using bikes as a primary form of transportation. Thanks to our partnerships with local school districts, we encourage staff and families to ride or walk to school instead of driving, which helps create lifelong habits.
