A Beacon of Light - Wellness Within

Wellness Within is a safe haven and a source of hope for anyone impacted by cancer. Through classes in mindfulness, movement, cooking, and art, clients gain practical tools to ease anxiety and navigate fear.

During my time working at Wellness Within, I had the opportunity to learn these same techniques. I never imagined that five years later I would face my own cancer diagnosis and rely on those tools to cope with the uncertainty and stress. Today, I’m deeply grateful to continue supporting Wellness Within in my role as a board member.
