When a diagnosis arrives, the nervous system shifts into survival mode — mind racing, sleep gone, anxiety constant. What patients and families need, alongside medical care, is something to help them rest and restore.

That's what Wellness Within provides.

We offer no-cost wellness services — gentle movement, mindful cooking, community — to individuals and families affected by cancer across our region. No charge, because healing shouldn't depend on ability to pay.

As a grassroots nonprofit, we depend entirely on people like you.
