Help ACC serve seniors in Sacramento!

Please join us in supporting ACC Senior Services in providing low-to-no cost supportive services to older adults and their family caregivers in the Sacramento region.  Breaking down barriers to service for our most vulnerable population.

ACC serves active seniors looking for social engagement and fitness opportunities, home-bound seniors seeking transportation and home-based services, family caregivers supporting their elder family member, seniors returning to the workforce and in need of job training, residents of our Senior Living Communities looking for care and support, and rehabilitation residents who are recuperating and on the road back home after a life event.  

ACC offers a continuum of care in a family-like environment truly making it "a community of caring".
