For almost 90 years, Stanford Settlement Neighborhood Center (SSNC) has been helping build healthy communities through individual, family, and neighborhood services for the residents of Gardenland Northgate, North Sacramento, Del Paso Heights, and Natomas. SSNC's programs and dedicated staff:
- Foster resiliency in children through after school groups and summer day camp
- Support teens to succeed in school and to prepare for life after graduation
- Promote healthy aging among seniors so they can remain independent and stay connected
- Offer crisis intervention services, addressing food insecurity and preventing homelessness
