Our Focus for 2026: The Home CEO Program
This year, our Big Day of Giving campaign is dedicated to closing the childcare gap in El Dorado and Alpine counties. While the demand for care is rising, the number of available providers has decreased, leaving many working families with few options.
In response, we developed the Home CEO program. This initiative transforms passionate local residents into professional small business owners. We provide the comprehensive training, licensing support, and business toolkits necessary to launch high-quality, home-based childcare centers.
